Applicable law

The courts in Dubai in United Arab Emirates, shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your use of this service.  Ababil reserves the right to bring proceedings to the courts of the country of your location. In the event that any or any part of the terms contained in the terms and conditions, Legal Disclaimer and Privacy Policy shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

All legal transactions concluded between Ababil, and a client shall be governed by the Laws of United Arab Emirates and of the courts situated at Dubai only.

The application of UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
